Symptoms
synchronizing data from an ORACLE DB to a MySQL DB. After synchronization, the recorded time for the records with the region's name timezone is being reduced by 8 hours from the initial inserting time.
the recorded time for the records with offset value timezone is a expected result.
During the testing, we inserted the following records into the Oracle DB:
