MySQL replicat incorrectly replicates a timezone column for some records (Doc ID 2979756.1)

synchronizing data from an ORACLE DB to a MySQL DB. After synchronization, the recorded time for the records with the region's name timezone is being reduced by 8 hours from the initial inserting time.

the recorded time for the records with offset value timezone is a expected result.
