OEM Console OGG MicroServices Targets Show Yellow "X" -> "Availability Evaluation Error" Unable to stop/start nor view metrics/logs tabs (Doc ID 2979922.1)

Symptoms

Discovered/promoted OGG MA instance/targets and setup Preferred Credentials.

However, OEM console -> Targets -> GoldenGate MA instance/targets shows Yellow "X" ->
"Availability Evaluation Error".

The OGG HomePage shows no metrics displayed/updated.

Clicking any of the targets (Extract) -> "Monitoring credentials are either not set or set incorrectly"

Unable to:
-----
- see OGG MA correct status/icons and metrics
- to stop/start/kill OGG MA target (extracts/replicats)
- to view OGG MA target's Metrics and Logs tabs (content),

Configuration tab works OK!

EM Agent's -> gcagent.log
shows
