Duplicated Value in DBA_REGISTRY, One Oracle Spatial Showing REMOVED And a Second One INVALID (Doc ID 2980853.1)

Symptoms

Customer tried to remove Oracle Spatial & Graph, by using an old note,  Doc ID 1070647.1.

Using the wrong procedure, it ended up with duplicated values of the Spatial component, one showing with status REMOVED and a second one with INVALID.
