Goldengate Extract Abends With OGG-15414 Right After Dataguard Switchover. (Doc ID 2982579.1)

Symptoms

Cannot start Integrated Extract after carrying over a switchover from primary to standby and a failback to original primary again.

The process will abend with a message like this:

2023-10-05 20:21:07 ERROR OGG-15414 Missing archive log file for Thread 1 Seqnum 4,158, SCN 0x000000002bdd02ec.
2023-10-05 20:21:07 ERROR OGG-01668 PROCESS ABENDING.
