OS Ver: Oracle Linux 7

Ver: Oracle Database Appliance ODA X8-H 19.13.0.0.0

Unable to delete repository in ODA X8-HA 19.13, because commands like oakcli start/stop/delete repo hang.

Also, the output of the 'oakcli show repo' command the Shared Repository in 'UNKNOWN' state.
