OGG 19c Microservice Architecture Does Not Show Old Report Files In GUI (Doc ID 2986986.1)

Symptoms

While viewing old report files / discard files in GUI, Microservice doesn't show option Old Report file/Discard option in GUI from Goldengate 19.1.0.0.220419 onward. Latest report file from last startup are visible in GUI and able to access all report files at disk level.
