OGG 21c Bigdata Replicat Abends with - Group Name Is Not Set In The Java System Property 'GROUPNAME'

Symptoms
For doing an initial (or full) load, we receive the below error we start the replicat with paramater SPECIALRUN. It had worked in lower version of OGG Bigdata 21c version.
=ERROR 2023-11-14 10:32:02.000803 [main] - Replicat group name is not set in the Java system property 'GROUPNAME'.
Please update the Replicat parameter file to provide a group name or update the [jvm.bootoptions] configuration in the handler properties file to define a unique Java system property 'GROUPNAME' for every Replicat.
