On : 8.0.34 version, Miscellaneous Workbench Problem
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MySQL Workbench, MySQL Shell and MySQL Enterprise Backup icons are missing on control panel and start taskbar after applied patch 8.0.34 except patch initiate user's account (user that patched).
Other users can access these application but they need initiate these app at Drive C:\Program Files.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
MySQL Workbench, MySQL Shell and MySQL Enterprise Backup icons appear on the control panel and start the taskbar after applying patch 8.0.34 for ALL users.
