Forced Rollback Status In Dba_2pc_pending Table (Doc ID 2989206.1)

Goal

When we get some transaction in 'prepared' state in the dba_2pc_pending view, we are performing forced rollback
But they are staying in 'forced rollback' status.
can you please provide guidance to move those transactions? we would like to know what should be done for these forced rollback messages.

 
Performing procedure of running the PURGE_LOST_DB_ENTRY to clean up the transactions
What about the retry_time column in the dba_2pc_pending table ? We can see that the retry time keeps getting updated even after the transactions are in FORCED ROLLBACK
state and so our concern is that do these transactions still get retried and whether can cause an impact ?
