Symptoms

In a sharded database catalog, if shard DDL('alter session enable shard ddl') is enabled and ALTER SYSTEM((ex. KILL @ SESSION, FLUSH SHARED_POOL etc)) is executed, below ORA-600 may hit and traces show gws_prop_parameters on the error stack.

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kspflg: invalid param], [435348784], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
