Symptoms

  1. Slow general performance
  2. InnoDB Monitor output DURING the problem includes:

Changes

No changes are necessary to trigger the problem since it may be caused by general system growth.

However changes to the MySQL server settings (Ex: max_connections, open_files_limit, table_open_cache) or OS server settings (Ex: ulimit values) could trigger the problem.
