Symptoms

A diskgroup is getting mounted and dismounted automatically post server reboot with the error ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kfaDestroy04], [DATAFILE], [4], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [] .

As seen in the +ASM_rbal_<Process ID>.trc log:

Multiple PDB deletion performed prior to this issue.
