Memory And Unix Socket FD Leak Might Happen On ora.chad After ora.crf Is Stopped (Doc ID 2997030.1)

Symptoms

On 19c RAC, it is observed that the chad process memory usage and the unix socket FD keep increasing after ora.crf resource is stopped.

1. Memory Usage on chad process might be high, e.g. it is 4G+ in this case.

2. lsof chad shows lots of unix socket FDs.

Changes

 ora.crf resource is disabled and is stopped.
