Symptoms

Instance Startup Fails With

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ipclw_rds_sendmsg()+592] [SIGBUS] [ADDR:0xFFFFFFFF38A2A724] [PC:0xFFFFFFFF2D964D30] [Invalid address alignment] []

Shutting down instance (immediate) (OS id: 5227)

Stack has: ipclw_rds_sendmsg <- ipclw_dlsym <- ipclw_new_oxnet_proto <- ipclw_cini <- ksxposdcini_ipclw
                 <- ksxposdcini <- ksxp_open <- ksipc_open <- ksucrp  

Changes

Database Upgrade from Oracle 12 to Oracle 19 on CRS software for RAC environment, one instance for this two nodes RAC is not working anymore.

Database instance is not working. with below messages:
