23ai New Feature - Table Value Constructor (Doc ID 3002378.1)

Goal

Oracle Database supports that multiple rows be specified in the VALUES clause from 23ai.
Operations that were performed in multiple SQL before 21c can be performed in one SQL in 23ai.

This document has a use case example of the new 23ai feature "Table Value Constructor".
