Symptoms

opatch apply command is filing with below error in AIX environment

The following make actions have failed :
[WARNING] OUI-67124:Re-link fails on target "ihsalloci".
Re-link fails on target "ihsodbc".

[INFO] N (auto-answered by -silent)
[INFO] User Responded with: N
[INFO] Restoring "/u01/app/oracle/product/19.0.0/dbhome_1" to the state prior to running NApply...
