Wrong Dependency of Package on Trigger causing PLS-00801: INTERNAL ERROR [PGM.C:PGMRCM 4] from INTERNAL TRIGGER COMPILATION (Doc ID 3006399.1)

PL/SQL package wrongly depends on a trigger defined on a view, which has a dependency on that pkg

Patch 35037877 addresses this issue and included with 19.20 DB RU.
But with 19.20 one can observe that the Package is still internally referring to Trigger and the Trigger is getting recompiled with error PLS-00801.

We also observe ORA-06544 incident in the alert log during the Package creation.

Applies to both Edition and Non-Editioned views. Not observed over 19.18 with one off Patch of 35037877.
