Symptoms

Attempts to make a Spatial Studio "stack" in order to create a geospatial database fails because of insufficient host capacity.

After creating an autonomous DB (data warehouse) and the OCID of the DB system is:
ocid1.autonomousdatabase.oc1.iad.....

The attempted OCID of the stack failed is:
ocid1.ormstack.oc1.iad.ama....
