Unable To Change The Default Temp Location While Creating Database Using Dbca (Doc ID 3007861.1)

Symptoms

User is trying to change temporary directory (/tmp) while using dbca because of hardening rules. 

User tried to use Doc ID 2534894.1 but dbca was not running correctly

Call to dbca was as follows:

 

./dbca -J-Djava.io.tmpdir=/test/tmp

and showing following error message:
