Console Certificate Download Issue (Doc ID 3009227.1)

Goal

On OKV 21.7, in 'Generate Certificate Request' screen for console certificate

1) fill up all mandatory fields and click on 'Submit and Download' -> certificate.csr file is downloaded with 0 size
2) fill up all mandatory fields, check the box beside 'Suppress warnings for IP based URL access' and then click on 'Submit and Download' -> now certificate.csr file is downloaded correctly.

'Suppress warnings for IP based URL access' checkbox is not marked as mandatory, still certificate is not downloading with any content while the checkbox is not checked.
