Using the ODP.NET unmanaged driver, when the application executes a stored procedure that returns a RefCursor as an OUT parameter,
if the stored procedure returns CLOB data as a cursor,
it may either hang the application or produce an error such as ORA-12582: TNS:invalid operation when filling the dataset with a DataAdapter.
