DBA_FEATURE_USAGE_STATISTICS NOT UPDATING AUTOMATICALLY

There is problem with the oracle data dictionary view "DBA_FEATURE_USAGE_STATISTICS".

The last update date/time in the column "last_sample_date" is "Januar, 19, 2023".
Tried to refresh the view data, as described in the oracle support note "Information About DBA_FEATURE_USAGE_STATISTICS Table (Doc ID 2535290.1)" and executed the statement "alter session set events 'immediate trace name mmon_test level 6';" as sysdba.

The statement has finished without any error, but the "last_sample_date" is still "Januar, 19, 2023".

Still there is obsolete data in the view DBA_FEATURE_USAGE_STATISTICS.
