Symptoms

To determine the available RAM and set automatically the DB parameters depending on the result, in 11g (Standard and Enterprise) the following is used?

Starting the migration process for multiple installations to 19c via the Oracle migration tool. After the first two real migrations it was found that the parameter PHYSICAL_MEMORY_BYTES is missing in v$osstat: in 11gthe parameter was seen but after the migration it disappears in 19c.

Do you know, what happens there? How can the parameter be restored?
