Symptoms
RMAN duplicate PDB to another CDB from active database does not work if the PDB was created with lowercase. Also, including double quotes around the PDB name does not work.
When auxiliary instance tries to describe remote case sensitive PDB then error ORA-65011 is raised because target cannot find the PDB as RMAN is passing uppercase PDB name
RMAN connection to target and destination database works. But running command fails with errors below.
