Symptoms
Issue is related to datatype INTERVAL MINUTE(n) to MINUTE in GoldenGate for Informix, which will trim the data to a maximum length of 4 digits only.
Values are getting replicated with + in target DB and also trimmed for some records.
For Example :
if Value at source is like 34000
then Value at Target is replicating like +340
