RDBPROD: SQLSRV-E-READERR and SYSTEM-F-LINKDISCON dispatch errors for remote connections (Doc ID 357927.1)

Symptoms

Connections to a remote Rdb database through a SQL/Services executor cause the following errors in the dispatcher log file:
