Symptoms
You receive ORA-3001: Unimplemented Feature when you try to use:
- A query on a Oracle9 database using a WITH clause
- The WITH 'result' is used at least twice in the query
- The WITH clause selects from a table that has a Fine Grained Access Control policy associated with it
- The result of the policy function contains a call to another function.
