Symptoms

ODBC Application Expecting to Show National Language Characters (NLS) Display Wrong Characters When Using Buffer With SQLExecDirect.

Display the Characters Correct when Binding Buffer With SQLBindParameter.

For Example this will apply for Russian Cyrillic Characters.
