Goal

How to prevent the truncation of a table in your own schema?

If you revoke "drop any table" system privilege, users are not able to truncate tables in other schemas.

SQL> revoke drop any table from <usr1>,<usr2>,......<usrn>;

But the users are still able to truncate tables in their  own schema.
