Symptoms
The instance fails with:
ASMB: terminating instance due to error 486
after signalling ORA-600 [kffmAllocate_1] in the asmb process and a parallel query slave process dying with an error such as ORA-7445 [kfioSubmitIO]. The stack trace for the ORA-600 [kffmAllocate_1] is:
kffmAllocate <- kfnbRun <- ksbrdp <- opirip
