ORA-00001 error reported on creating a primary repgroup after dropping it.
DBMS_REPCAT.CREATE_MASTER_REPGROUP reports
ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSTEM.REPCAT$_FLAVORS_UNQ1) violated
Changes
The REPGROUP had been dropped prior to the create.
