This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
o Unable to start up one node of RAC clustero Shutdown the node and on issue of startup it fails with errors.
o This is a critical production RAC cluster
o Unable to start production instance.
o ORA-01105: mount is incompatible with mounts by other instances
ORA-19808: recovery destination parameter mismatch
o Node 2 of the cluster is still running. Node 1 will not start due to above errors.
o Identify cause of errors and advise how to correct them so that the instance will start.

Verified the issue by the screen shots pasted into the service request showing the errors being
received on startup of the database..
