Symptoms

Error ora-2080 is raised when closing a Database link to a DB2 database from a PRO*C program using Transparent Gateway for DB2 (TG4DB2) :

ERROR:
ORA-02080: database link is in use

COMMIT/ROLLBACK statement was executed successfully. 
V$OPEN_CURSOR shows cursors open after commit.
