Symptoms

When attempting suspend master activity for a replication group, the following error occurs.

Unable to set sys.dba_repcat status to quiescing

BUSINESS IMPACT

Some administrative operations objects belonging to a replication group can only be performed if the group is in QUIESCED mode.
