Symptoms

 

The following error is reported when accessing data over a database link:

ORA-7445: exception encountered: core dump [_memcpy()+72] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x9F00000000] [] []

The call stack in the trace file written by the error includes all or some of the following functions:


memcpy kpccclr ttccfpg ttcfour kpufcpf kpufch0 kpufch qerrmOFBu qerrmFBu qerrmFetch rwsfcd qeruaFetch qersoFetch qervwFetch rwsfcd qeruaFetch qersoFetch qervwFetch qercoFetch qercbiFilterData
