Symptoms

1. The alert.log reports ORA-00600 [12240], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

2. The function opidcl is found among the stack trace in the trace file. This indicates that the sqlnet session was terminated.

3. The trace file will show something similar to:

    busylist:[7000000e3c1c700,7000000e3c1c700]
        KFFMOP: hash link:[7000000a0f9b180,7000000a0f9b180] sobjlink:[7000000fbfaf3f0,7000000fbfaf3f0]
                map kggrp:[0x7000000f9fc5a78, 0, valid] map id:154
