Symptoms

When attempting backup after a upgrade from 9.2.0.4.0  to 9.2.0.7.0

Recovery Manager complete.

Changes

After upgrading the database from 9.2.0.4.0 to 9.2.0.7.0 , Rman fails to load the media management Library and results in the error
