Intermitent ORA-600 [526], [0x...], [...], [shared pool] On Different Statements (Doc ID 428027.1)

Symptoms

You are seeing the database report a lot of ORA-600 [526] with third argument pointing to [shared pool].
The error can cause the instance to crash if it hits a background process.
