Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

An invalid trigger exists in the database with a name like BIN$, indicating it to be present in the recyclebin.  But on querying the recyclebin we do not get any results.

 SQL> select object_name,object_type,status,owner from all_objects where object_type like 'TRIGGER';

OBJECT_NAME                    OBJECT_TYPE         STATUS  OWNER
------------------------------ ------------------- ------- ------------------------------
BIN$MYgX9M21WlfgQEWYcNBBlg==$0 TRIGGER             INVALID AMIT

SQL>  SELECT OBJECT_NAME, ORIGINAL_NAME, TYPE FROM RECYCLEBIN;

no rows selected

Even after purging the recyclebin it does not resolve the issue.

NOTE: -  Please note that this document is not valid in case the base table and dependent object are present in the recyclebin with system generated names.
In that case you need to use

SQL> PURGE TABLE "BIN$MYgX9M26WlfgQEWYcNBBlg==$0" ;
