Symptoms
When attempting to use CREATEDB to create an Oracle Lite database with the 10.3.0.1 Mobile Development Kit on Linux, CREATEDB generates the error: createdb: error while loading shared libraries: libjvm.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
