Goal

You would like to set some parameters in the Client files Polite.ini or Webtogo.ora

i.e. You may wish to set the AUTO_COMMIT_COUNT in Polite.ini to force a Commit at certain intervals or perhaps Support has asked you to set Client Parameters as part of a debug session.
