Cannot add database to group.

Failsafe manager produces error messages similar to the following:

4 14:07:53 FS-10381: <node>: Creating the resource information for resource PRIM
25 14:07:53 > FS-10424: Checking whether the database PRIM is online
26 14:08:01 ** ERROR : ORA-01506: missing or illegal database name
27 14:08:02 ** ERROR : FS-10778: The Oracle Database resource provider failed to configure the cluster resource PRIM
28 14:08:02 ** ERROR : FS-10890: Oracle Services for MSCS failed during the add operation
29 14:08:02 ** ERROR : FS-10497: Starting clusterwide rollback of the operation
