Symptoms
The alert log shows the following error:
- ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ksxpunmap()+1696] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x000000008] [] []
The trace file contains the following text:
- opitsk: network error occurred while two-task server trying to send break; error code = 3115 Exception signal: 11 (SIGSEGV), code: 1 (Address not mapped to object), addr: 0x8, PC: [0x10117ed40, ksxpunmap()+1696] ksedmp: internal or fatal error ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ksxpunmap()+1696] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x000000008] [] [] Current SQL information unavailable - no session.
