Symptoms

After canceling a currently running DataPump job and starting a new DataPump export/import session, you get the following errors:

ORA-31637: cannot create job <JOB_NAME> for user <USERNAME>
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 95
ORA-06512: at "SYS.KUPV$FT_INT", line 601
ORA-31635: unable to establish job resource synchronization
