Symptoms

When manually creating OLAP view with OLAP_TABLE function in oracle database, we have to provide the limit map parameter, which could be very large when there are many dimensions and measures in a cube. If this parameter exceeds 4000 characters, we would hit the error:

ORA-35748: A text value cannot be more than 4000 characters long. Your value is % characters long.
