Symptoms
The stored outlines are getting used despite the cursor_sharing=force.
If the stored outlines are created manually using create outline command, it is getting used irrespective of the value set to the cursor_sharing parameter.
This is also found working in 9iR2 latest patchset (9.2.0.8) and 10gR2 latest patchset (10.2.0.3).
