Your PL/SQL application fails with the following error stack:

Error Stack:

ORA-31001: Invalid resource handle or path name <some xml/xsl file>
ORA-06512: at "SYS.XDBURITYPE", line 11
ORA-06512: at "XDB.DBMS_XSLPROCESSOR", line 142
ORA-29280: invalid directory path

There are likely 2 scenarios in which you encounter this problem:

 1) You upgraded from 9iR2 and your app which uses XMLPARSER seems to be broken in 10g or later

 2) You are using DBMS_XMLPARSER for the first time.
