This problem can occur on any platform.
There are LOB segments listed in DBA_SEGMENTS and DBA_OBJECTS but not in DBA_LOBS and they occupy space in the database:
SQL> SELECT * FROM DBA_LOBS WHERE SEGMENT_NAME IN ('SYS_LOB0000053185C00002$$');
no rows selected
SQL> SELECT OBJECT_NAME FROM DBA_OBJECTS WHERE OBJECT_NAME IN ('SYS_LOB0000053185C00002$$');
