When OracleSES tries to execute some of the crawlers that take a long time to complete, sometimes they
fail and show the following errors in log files:
Listener refused the connection with the following error
ORA-12520 TNS: listener could not find available handler for requested type of server
EQG-30249: Crawler process aborted
