Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Running on oz/os 1.7 and applying a CPU to 10.2.0.2 or 10.2.0.3 and applying the CPUOct2007 the database can get an S0C4 when coming up.
Removing the CPU libraries removes the problem.
